Ford introduced a unique series of 'Celebration Liveries' for the Ford Chip Ganassi Racing Ford GTs ahead of the 24-hour races at Le Mans in 2019. Each of the four Ford GTs sported a livery celebrating Ford's success in La Sarthe, France, both in the present and the 1960s. The Ford GT numbered 66, reminiscent of the GT40 that Bruce McLaren and Chris Amon drove to victory in 1966, was painted black and white. In 2019, this retro-liveried Ford was driven by the trio of Stefan Mücke, Olivier Pla, and Billy Johnson to a 25th place finish.
