Its double bib system layers perfectly with your existing fullsuit collar, acting as an anti-flush gasket to keep water out. The poly fleece lining and sealed seams work together with the gasket to provide a semi-dry experience in the water. The 100% superstretch neoprene moves with you, not against you.
